Perfect for young adventurers, our school holiday kids abseil experience gives children the chance to descend a stunning 35-metre natural cliff face. This activity is designed to be slightly shorter and easier than our full-length abseils, making it ideal for building confidence while still delivering plenty of excitement. With our supportive guides by their side, kids will learn new skills, face challenges, and have a story to tell when they head back to school.

Our Sunset Abseil is the perfect holiday adventure for families with older kids looking to share something truly memorable together. You’ll descend a 50-metre cliff face under the guidance of our friendly instructors, with plenty of encouragement and support to make the experience safe and fun for everyone. We finish just before the sun goes down, so the whole family can soak in the breathtaking afternoon light and sweeping views before heading home with a sense of accomplishment. It’s a family bonding experience like no other — exciting, achievable, and unforgettable.
Brooyar Rock climb

For teens and above who’ve tackled the walls indoors or outdoors before, our Brooyar climbing sessions take your skills to the next level on real rock. Set in a spectacular natural environment, this experience gives you the chance to challenge yourself on varied climbs while building confidence and technique under the guidance of our experienced instructors. It’s the perfect school holiday adventure for those ready to step up from the climbing gym and enjoy the excitement of authentic outdoor climbing.
Kayak, Canoe, SUP

Spend the school holidays on the water with our family-friendly kayak, canoe and stand-up paddle board hire. Available in two-hour sessions (10–12 or 12–2) this is a relaxed way to explore Lake Cootharaba together. With an average depth of just 1.5 metres and super shallow edges the lake is safe and perfect for kids to paddle with confidence while parents enjoy the calm surroundings. Whether you’re gliding across the water, splashing around or trying something new it’s an easy and fun adventure the whole family will love.

Our half-day kayaking tour is the perfect length for families to explore the beautiful Noosa Everglades without committing to a full day. Around 75% of the journey is spent gliding through calm water no deeper than waist height, making it safe and reassuring for families with children. Along the way kids can spot fish, birds and other wildlife while parents soak up the stunning scenery. With our friendly guides keeping everything fun and stress-free this tour is an unforgettable way to spend school holiday time together.

Our guided morning walk is a simple and affordable way for families to enjoy the holidays outdoors. The full trail is 10km though parents and kids are free to stop, relax or turn back at any stage, making it as easy or as challenging as you like. Along the way our knowledgeable guides share fascinating insights into the local flora and fauna as well as the area’s unique geological features. It’s a relaxed, budget-friendly activity that gets kids moving, sparks curiosity and gives the whole family a chance to connect with nature.

Step into the bush after dark for a truly magical school holiday adventure. We provide head torches and our guides are with you every step of the way, ensuring the whole family can safely explore the trails while discovering the fascinating world that comes alive at night. Kids will delight in spotting glowing eyes, hearing nocturnal calls and learning about the creatures that thrive under the stars. This guided experience is gentle, safe and unforgettable, offering families a unique way to connect with nature after sunset.
