The Ultimate Coastal Expedition is a moderate to high fitness, three-day adventure experience that moves through some of the most iconic and diverse environments on the Sunshine Coast. From private rainforest campsites to the Noosa Everglades and the wild coastline of the North Shore, this journey is about doing real things, in real places, with the right people.

Every detail is taken care of — logistics, food, transport, permits and safety — so participants can focus on the experience itself.

Fitness level: Moderate to high
Participants should be reasonably fit, comfortable with full days outdoors, and keen to be physically engaged. Activities are achievable for mixed abilities, but this is an active, hands-on experience.

• 4WD beach access to Double Island Point

• Ocean kayaking or surfing (often with turtles and dolphins)

• Fully catered meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch

The Journey

Day 1 – Arrive, Settle, Disconnect

• Meet at home base and transfer to a private rainforest campsite

• Campfire setup, relaxed games and downtime

• Campfire-cooked dinner and evening under the trees

Day 2 – Land, Lake and Coast

• Abseiling Mt Tinbeerwah

• E-mountain biking through Tewantin National Park

• Kayak the southern Noosa Everglades

• Lunch at Teewah Landing

• Coastal walk into Noosa North Shore campground

• Afternoon relaxation, fishing and beach time

• Campfire dinner and night under the stars

Day 3 – Ocean and Finish Strong

• 4WD beach drive along Noosa North Shore

• Ocean kayaking or surfing at Double Island Point

• Lunch on the Noosa River

• Return transfer to home base and depart
