Ever found yourself in the middle of the bush and not sure where to go next?

Our navigation training days are focused on helping you know where you are and where you are going when in the bush.

Introduction day

4WD training

We’ve been working closely with Driver Skills International and Kingfisher Bay Resort to bring you an amazing experience!

Before you even get to Fraser Island, you will spend 45 minutes traversing the mesmerising Blue water of the Sandy Straight. Looking out for whales, dolphins, flying fish, turtles and even seals on the very rare occasion.

Outdoor adventure with a difference!

Lisa leads small group outdoor fitness sessions, tailored to help you build a strong body and mind, whilst enjoying being out in nature. 90 minutes of varied small group training with a real Mind-body-spirit focus. Each session will include a combination of walking/hiking, summit training on stairs and hills, stretching, reflection, endurance, body weight strength exercises, and experiencing beautiful surroundings!

Our Fitnesstreks are varied and fun, giving you all the benefits of Green Exercise and renewed energy and vitality to live life like one big adventure. They are also the perfect way to train your body and mind, so you can enjoy your next bucket list hike.
